We have collected some of the most interesting case studies to show the depth
of experience and breadth of technology available form IndeServe.

CASE Study 1
The Ministry of Education required information on the installed IT, telecommunications and electrical equipment and systems in 2,600 primary and secondary schools – and they needed the information
within a few months. MOE turned to IndeServe to conducts audits of every school in New Zealand.
All 2,600 of them. We completed the task in the time frame and presented the data in the format required for analysis to
the complete satisfaction of the customer. Without the several million dollars of investment
in systems made by IndeServe in the past
20 years to manage jobs nationwide it would not have been possible to do the audit in time and on budget.

CASE Study 2
When the Government decided to roll-out its own bank around the country and to do it quickly, IndeServe
was tasked with fitting out the 200+ branches with counters, computers, printers, EFTPOS terminals, wiring and all the associated electrical power. The latest products, systems and infrastructure
were installed and the roll-out project managed by IndeServe. This was a unique project to put in place an entirely new bank branch structure over
a period of months, rather than years, and was one of the largest nationwide
ICT projects,
at the time.

CASE Study 3
The Department of Internal Affairs mandated that all pubs and clubs install electronic monitoring of poker machines
by March 2007. As a result IndeServe received orders from 1,000 pubs and clubs
to put in fibre loops connecting the machines and to install the site
controllers. This project gained the full benefit of IndeServe's nationwide
network.
