If you are a society or club that operates one or more Class IV gaming machine venues, anywhere in New Zealand, you can:

1.       NEW VENUE TO BE CABLED:
Arrange with IndeServe for the installation of the cabling and electrical infrastructure required to support the gaming machine electronic monitoring services (EMS) that will progressively be introduced from May 2006 to March 2007.

This service includes:
a)  Supply and installation of a cabinet to securely house the EMS Site Controller equipment
b)  Supply and installation of a dedicated electrical circuit and multiple power points for the Site Controller equipment
c)  Supply, installation and testing of the fibre-optic local area network (LAN) that will link all QCOM compliant gaming
     machines to the Site Controller
d)  Supply and installation of the Category 5 cable to connect jackpot controllers to the Site Controller
e)  Supply and installation of the Category 5 cable to connect the Venue Management System computer to the Site
     Controller (if requested).
f)   Preparation of an electronic drawing of your gaming room layout for submission to the DIA and to the venue. This can
     be amended with any future changes, as they occur.

2.       EXISTING VENUE CHANGES:
Request IndeServe to complete Moves, Add or Changes to your venues that have already been cabled to EMS standards. You would use this option if, for example:

·         You are relocating gaming machines, which requires the fibre cabling to be changed
·         If you are changing gaming machines and this involves new numbering and descriptions

In either of the above options, new drawings will be required of the gaming room layout. This service will include the preparation of the drawing or the updating of an existing drawing, so a printed copy can be located at the venue and a copy sent to the DIA.
